Booking terms & conditions
ONLINE BOOKING PROCEDURE
The online procedure available on the VillaPleiades.com website allows you to view the villa’s calendar and send a booking request for a specific period. The request can also be sent via the contact form available on the website. Once the request has been sent, the customer will receive an email confirming or rejecting the request (depending on availability), along with payment details. The booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit payment from the customer.
INFORMATION REQUIRED TO CONFIRM THE BOOKING
In compliance with the provisions of the Consolidated Law on Public Security, the owner must communicate the guests’ personal details to the competent local police headquarters. The data transmitted to the Cagliari Police Headquarters will include:
- Arrival date: the guest’s arrival date;
- Stay: number of days of the guest’s stay;
- Guest type: Single Guest, Head of Family, Group Leader;
- Gender, Full Name, Date of Birth, Nationality, Place of Birth, Identification Document (e.g. Passport, Identity Card), and identification document details.
In the case of registering a group leader, only some details will be requested for the other guests: Stay, Last Name, First Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Nationality, Place of Birth.
Failure by the customer to provide the above information will result in the cancellation of the booking.
CHANGES TO CONFIRMED BOOKINGS
In the event of a request to change an already confirmed booking, the customer must send an email to the owner specifying the type of change requested. If the change involves moving the dates to a different season than the one initially booked, the customer must pay the difference in price.
COMPLIANCE WITH HOUSE RULES
If, during the stay, guests fail to comply with the house rules, the owner may request their immediate removal from the property.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES
Unless otherwise indicated by the owner, check-in must be carried out from 4:00 p.m. onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10:00 a.m.
GARDEN / POOL MAINTENANCE
The owner will inform guests in advance about the days and times when gardeners (appointed by the owner) may access the villa grounds for routine garden / pool maintenance. Under no circumstances may guests prevent the owner (or persons appointed by the owner) from entering the property.
EXTRAORDINARY MAINTENANCE
In the event that extraordinary maintenance is required to ensure the comfortable continuation of the holiday, the owner (or persons appointed by the owner) will have access to the villa to carry out the maintenance, after giving prior notice to the guests. Under no circumstances may guests prevent the owner (or persons appointed by the owner) from entering the property.
PETS
When booking, the customer must explicitly request permission to bring a pet, specifying the type, number, and size. Access to the villa by pets is permitted only with prior authorization from the owner. If the request is accepted, an additional cleaning fee may apply, which will be communicated by the owner when accepting the request.
