Booking rules

By filling out the form on this site you submit a booking request. The request can be accepted or rejected. If the request is accepted, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with payment by email. The booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment. Please take note of the booking conditions.

Price

The price includes

• Water, electricity, gas for heating water, broadband WiFi internet connection.

Additional costs:

• Initial cleaning of the house
• Linen (towels and sheets)
• Municipality tax
• Final cleaning in case of animals (authorised by the owner)

Deposit

The security deposit (10% of the total) must be paid together with the deposit and will be returned within 15 days of the end of the stay.

Payment

Bookings made more than 45 days before the stay

Deposit 40% at the time of booking – Balance 60% 15 days before the start of the stay.

Bookings made within 45 days of stay

Payment of the total amount at the time of booking.

Guests identification

In order to confirm the reservation, customers will be required to communicate the data of the persons they will be staying with in order to be able to comply with reporting obligations to the competent authorities.

Guests number

The villa can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests. This number (including adults and children) cannot be exceeded. In the case of an already confirmed reservation, the number of guests may be supplemented before check-in, up to a maximum of 10 guests, subject to payment of a surcharge.

Tourist tax

The Municipality requires the payment of a daily tourist tax. The tax is levied per person and per night of reservation, and is paid together with the total cost of the reservation.
